I really enjoy Louise’s Pilates classes. I do online and in person (Sheffield Studio) classes and they help me both physically and with my all round well-being. I’ve noticed my posture is better and my back and shoulders are less stiff. She’s always friendly and positive no matter what. Really can’t recommend highly enough! Two years on, Louise’s classes are now an invaluable part of my running routine - with a stronger core and more flexibility helping me to run faster and recover quicker! A class just before a run is a great way to warm up.

I absolutely love my weekly classes with Louise at InReach Pilates. I’m a PhD student and end up with a lot of tension in my shoulders so being able to release that every week has been a treat. I also suffer from ankle instability and we do lots of lower body strengthening work which helps massively! Louise is a kind, friendly and enthusiastic teacher and always caters to different skill levels during the classes. Attending her classes will definitely brighten your day! ☀️
